One-Year Residency Permit

• Apply within the first week after arrival and registration at SKUMS.
• After 2 working days of registration, visit the International Affairs Department:
  • Address: Kashani Blvd, Shahrekord, Iran
  • Tel: (+98 38) 33330064 / 33330061
• Accompanied by Immigration Police for submission:
  • Address: Keshavarz Blvd, Azadi Blvd, Shohada Square, Shahrekord, Iran
• Required documents:
  • Original passport
  • Four 3×4 photos

• Three copies of passport information page
• Two copies of your visa
• Completed residency form (available at International Affairs)

• After submission, keep your receipt until passport is returned (approx. 1 month).

Exit and Re-Entry Permission

• Collect the Exit & Re-Entry Form at least 3 weeks before travel from International Affairs.
• Confirm permission status with International Affairs and Deputy for Education.
• Submit signed and stamped form to Immigration Police with:
  • Passport copy
  • Visa copy
• Passport with Exit & Re-Entry Stamp is ready after 10 working days.

Permanent Exit Permission (Graduating Students)

• Complete financial settlement with Deputy for Education.
• Form signed and stamped by International Affairs and Deputy for Education.
• Submit documents to International Affairs Department with:
  • Passport
  • Letter from Vice-Chancellor for Education
• Permanent Exit Letter and passport with Permanent Exit Stamp ready after 1 week.
